Fee Schedule

Event Room - Small
$35.00 per Hour (includes use of upright or baby grand piano)

Event Room - Large
$45.00 per Hour (includes use of upright or baby grand piano)

• Add 50" Screen on movable cart $10.00 per session
• Add PA System $10.00 per session
• Deposit - 1st Hour of Fees payable upon reservation (non-refundable 1 week prior to event)
• Receptions - Allowed following events and will be calculated into the room time. Food and drink must be clear or neutral colors. Menus must be approved. Clean up will be required and should be calculated into scheduled time.

Studio fees are based on single sessions or on a calendar month which assumes four (4) concurrent weekly sessions. 

Single Lesson or Practice Room
$7.00 per 1/2 Hour or $20 per Month (includes 4 weekly sessions)
$12.00 per Hour or $38 per Month (includes 4 weekly sessions)

Single Lesson or Practice Room w/ Piano
$8.00 per 1/2 Hour or $24 per Month (includes 4 weekly sessions)
$14.00 per Hour or $48 per Month (includes 4 weekly sessions)

Small Group Room (Occupancy up to 30)
$35.00 per Hour or $120 per Month (includes 4 weekly sessions)
(Room use that includes drums or extra loud music may require Large Group Room reservation)

Large Group Room (Occupancy up to 60)
$35.00 per Hour or $120 per Month (includes 4 weekly sessions)

• Add 50" Screen on movable cart $10.00 per session

• Single session fees are due at reservation and are non- refundable.
• Monthly reservations require a Non-refundable Deposit of 25% of the monthly fees.
• Monthly reservations assume four (4) current weekly sessions unless otherwise arranged. 
• Reschedules or make-ups are not allowed unless 24 hour notice is provided and are based upon availability.
