- Objective: My job as a private guitar instructor is to help students set and meet their goals through a well-organized, highly individualized approach. First and foremost, I want students to enjoy the process and achieve immediate success on basic tasks to help them stay motivated and inspired to continue improving. Throughout my guitar teaching career, I have maintained a very high retention rate among students because they enjoy the lessons and see continuous progress and growth, two elements that are key to a successful learning environment.
